Frequently Asked Questions
German Roaches - why do I have so many?
- Roaches have a gestation period of every 21 days. Each egg capsule produces 27-47 babies 98 % are female and they do inbreed. Once a German Roach is pregnant she is pregnant for life. She will then produce an egg capsule every 21 days.
Rodents - why is my over-the-counter bait not working?
- Typically if there is dog food available, they will eat that as well as the baits. Most baits are anti coagulants, and dog food has a significant source of vitamin K which will reverse the effects of the chemical. Also most over-the-counter baits are considered an instant kill bait. What will happen is the alpha male will always eat first. Once he eats it and dies, the other rodents will not touch the bait.
Bed bugs - my house is clean; how did I get bed bugs?
- Bed bugs are considered hitch hikers. You can get them from furniture, clothing, suitcases, etc. Bed bugs live in cracks and crevices, and most of the time people do not even see them.
